On Thursday April 16th we're hosting the second annual Tuckerman Beer Dinner, where some of the best chefs in the valley will present dishes all designed to be paired with Tuckerman beer. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the American Culinary Foundation, which sponsors incoming culinary students to attend Skills USA.

The current menu, subject to change:

-Pasta Carbonara by Chef Gary Sheldon. Thin Spaghetti with Garlic, Cream, Eggs, Parmesan Cheese and Crispy Guanciale

-Roasted Pork Tenderloin by Chef Steve Learned. Boxti Potatoes and Swiss Chard - Red Wine Gastrique

-Monk fish choweder by Chef Lee Wright. Served with Twilight rice lager corn bread

-Intermezzo. Core Shot Cider paired with lemon sherbert

-Rabbit & Barley Croquettes by Chef Alex Mckinnon. Served with Carrot Puree, Fiddleheads, Wild Ramp Aioli

-Demi Wedge Salad by Chef Jamie Sheldon. Iceberg Wedge, with Cherry Tomatoes, Worcestershire Onions, Gorgonzola Cheese, Crispy Bacon, and House made Blue Cheese Dressing

-Crisp Potato with Beef Brisket by Chef Bryant Alden. Golden Potato Galette topped with Slow-Braised Beef in Stout. Served with Warm Apple and Cabbage Compote

-Samoa Cheesecake Bar by Chef Kylie Kidder. Chocolate Cookie Crust, Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, Caramel Toasted Coconut, Chocolate and Caramel Drizzle
