Kitchen Team Member

Tuckerman Brewing is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing business. Working as part of the team at our beer garden and tasting room facility in Conway, NH, you will be working in our newly renovated kitchen serving brick oven pizzas and more. Responsibilities include assisting the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing, setup and cleanup of service areas, and other duties.

Qualifications

  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow food safety requirements
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, organized work area
  • Responsible for constant sanitation and proper food handling
  • Team player
  • Hospitality minded
  • Work afternoons and evenings primarily on weekends.
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry or other service industry or willingness to learn
  • ServSafe course completion preferred and/or willingness to take the course

Beertender / Beer Service Team Member

Tuckerman Brewing is seeking high energy individuals to join our growing team. You will be working as part of our beer serving team responsible for providing service at our indoor Tasting Room and outdoor Beer Garden in Conway, NH including pouring beers, processing payments, and contributing to the guests' experience by being enthusiastic and knowledgeable about our beers. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with alcohol laws, setup, and cleanup, helping to park or greet guests and more.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a willingness and enthusiasm to learn about beer and share that knowledge with others
  • Must be a team player
  • Must proactively look for ways to increase people's positive experience with the brewery, the beer, and the brand
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be hospitality-minded
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, primarily weekends
  • Must have a willingness and ability to step in wherever needed – this could include bartending, cleaning, etc.
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry or other service industry or willingness to earn
  • Work afternoons and evenings

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the overall guest experience
  • Serving guests beer through a draft system, as well as selling brewery merchandise, and packaged beer
  • Use a point of sale system and cash drawer to ring up cash and credit transactions
  • Understanding and abiding by federal, state, and local alcohol regulations
