Back by popular demand ... Our fabulous fall seasonal - FALL LINE!!
September 21, 2016
The 2016 Fall Line has finished its time cold conditioning and is pouring beautifully in our tasting room and soon to hit a draft line near you!!
Fall Line 2016 tasting notes:
An unfiltered, wet hopped harvest ale with an earthy, sweet aroma and a slight biscuity flavor. Coming in at 5.9% ABV and 35 IBU's it's a full bodied fall season beer crafted to accentuate fresh hop 'off the vine' flavors.
A huge shout out to our friends over at The Hop Yard for another incredible harvest of their Cascade variety. We were able to get over to collect the hops and use it within hours of harvesting for what has turned out to be another incredible beer. Head brewer Jeremy Fitchett has done it again!!
In alpine skiing, a fall line refers to the line down a mountain or hill which is most directly downhill. That is, the direction a ball would roll if it were free to move on the slope under gravity.
Available to taste now here at the brewery and available 'to go' in 32 and 64 oz growlers.
Come by and check it out … We are super proud of this one!
